Poser une question-Règles de base

LES REGLES DE BASE. 

La plupart des questions se forment ainsi :

Auxiliaire +sujet+verbe 

Have youseenmy mother?

When will the text be in the book?

  Are John and his friends coming tomorrow?

S’il n’y a pas d’auxiliaire,

on emploieDO / DOES au présent et DID au prétérit. Ils sont suivis de l’infinitif SANS "TO"

How much does this book cost?

Did you ask your teacher this morning?

Les modaux étant des auxiliaires, ils s’emploient sans DO/DOES/DID

Can you jump very high?

When must I learn my lesson?

DO ne s’emploie pas dans les questions dont le sujet estWHAT, WHO ou WHICH 

Who called yesterday ?

What  happened ?

Which  costsmore, the blue car or the red one?

MAIS

WHAT did you buy ( WHAT est complément d’objet et non sujet )
